Return window:
You have 25 days from delivery to request a return or refund.
Contact us first:
Please email support@pets-world.ca with your order number and reason before sending anything back. Our return address is different from the sender address on your parcel. Returns sent without our approval cannot be refunded.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items:
Email us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos. We will send a replacement or refund you.
Eligible returns:
Items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Not returnable:
Used or damaged items, and opened consumables such as food, treats, and grooming products, for health and safety reasons.
Return shipping:
We cover it if the item was our error (damaged, defective, or wrong). If you changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you.
Refunds:
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
