At Pet World, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. After review, we may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence. We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.
Delayed Orders
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, you may contact us for assistance. Any resolution, including replacement or refund, will be provided based on review.
Order Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, additional verification (such as confirmation from your local postal service) may be required before a resolution is provided.
